We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at joey.a.summers@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item to our supplier.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging.
